MFC Preowned Vehicle Warranty
A policy that covers you for non-wear and tear parts on your pre-owned vehicle. Covers major mechanical failures such as engine or gearbox and or electrical parts.
- Cover for 24 months with unlimited kilometres
- Prestige and Standard options available
- Your vehicle must be regularly serviced at your dealer, or any RMI-approved outlet
- Included free of charge:
- Roadside assistance
- Vehicle rental service
MFC Extended Warranty
A policy that covers you for non-wear and tear parts on your vehicle once the factory warranty has expired.
- Additional cover when your manufacturer's warranty expires
- Cover for an additional 2 years or 250,000 km
- Covers any mechanical failures such as engine or gearbox and or electrical component failures
- Included free of charge:
- Roadside assistance
- Vehicle rental service
MFC Warranty Gap
A policy that covers you for specific additional non-wear and tear parts.
- Covers the shortfall gap between your major warranty claim amount, and the amount listed in Claim Limits section of your underlying Policy
- Covers you for 2 years
- If repairs are not completed within 48 working hours, the cost of car hire or public transport costs are covered up to a specified limit
MFC Tyre and Rim Warranty
A policy that covers you for specific repair or replacement of tyres or rims damaged by road hazards.
- Covers the costs of repairing or replacing damaged tyres and rims
- You are covered up to the value of R10,000 per claim with an overall policy limit of R40,000 over a two-year period depending on the option chosen
- Includes once-off wheel balancing and alignment
MFC Dent and Scratch Warranty
A policy that covers you for dents, windscreen chips, scratches and bumper scuffs.

MFC Credit Shortfall
A policy that covers you for specific shortfalls on insurance claims if your car is stolen or written off.
- Covers you for specific shortfalls on insurance claims
- You are covered should your car be written-off or stolen
- Removes the risk of having to downgrade your vehicle or continue paying for a vehicle you no longer have
- Covers you for the difference between the insured market value and the outstanding financed amount
MFC Credit Life
A policy that covers your MFC finance instalments if you are retrenched, become disabled or pass away.
- Settles the amount outstanding on your finance agreement with MFC in the event of your death or permanent disability
- Covers your MFC instalments for a specific period in the event of retrenchment or temporary disability, subject to the conditions of your policy
MFC Service Plan
A policy that covers all serviceable items on your vehicle and related labour charges.
- Covers all your scheduled vehicle services as per your manufacturer's specifications
- Covers all serviceable items (excluding wear and tear), including related labour charges
- Endorsed by vehicle manufacturers throughout South Africa. Includes roadside assistance
MFC Power-up Service Plan
A policy that covers all essential wear and tear components and related labour charges that is not covered by your manufacturers or extended service plan.
- MFC Power-up service plan covers essential wear and tear components like brake pads, wiper blades and batteries and the related labour charges.
- The plan is endorsed by vehicle manufacturers throughout South Africa.
